I love fresh vegetables, it's great to be able to walk out your door and pick your own carrots, lettuce, tomatoes etc.  and know that they are fresh.  How fresh are the vegetables you get at the store....really?  How long did it take to get them to the grocery store from where they were picked.  I'm betting not as fresh as we would like them to be.
